Vida Foods started with a simple idea from Abby DeSantis: to make healthy eating feel effortless. While completing her Health Coaching Certification, Abby began cooking nutritious meals for the family she nannied for — and before long, her passion for helping others eat well grew into a full-blown business built on purpose and community.
Originally based in Erie, Pennsylvania, Vida Foods has since found a new home in sunny Florida, proudly serving the St. Pete, Clearwater, and greater Tampa Bay area.
