Do you deliver?
Our main pickups location are HOTWORX Clearwater (2719 Gulf to Bay Blvd #1145) and Bayside Arbors Apartments Clearwater (2729 Seville Blvd) from 3 PM to 8 PM. We’ll be announcing more pickup spots soon!
What are your pickup hours and locations?
We’re based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and proudly serve the Clearwater, Dunedin, and greater Tampa Bay area.
Where are you located?
Each week, we post a new menu of fresh, prepared meals. You order online, choose your pickup time or location (we also offer delivery), and we handle the rest — no shopping, cooking, or cleaning!
How does Vida Foods work?
Absolutely. We clearly label all GF and DF options each week.
Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options?
Our meals always come fresh — and they freeze and reheat beautifully.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our new menus go live every Tuesday evening, and orders are due by Sunday at 11:59 PM for pickup or delivery the following Tuesday.
When do orders need to be placed by each week?
Our menu changes every week, featuring a mix of customer favorites and fresh seasonal dishes.
How often does the menu change?
Yes! Many of our meals are available in family trays that serve 2-4 people.
Do you have family-size portions?
We do have a $15 order minimum, so it’ll be a bit more than one meal — but we offer 25% off your first order! We also often have extra meals available for pickup at Hotworx Clearwater (no membership needed)
Can I order just one meal to try it out?
We’re happy to help when possible! Please contact us before ordering at (814) 460-3368.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs or allergies?
Meals come in microwave-safe containers. Heat for 60–90 seconds, or until warm. You can also transfer to an oven-safe dish if preferred.
How do I heat the meals?
Most meals are pre-set for convenience, but we do offer protein add-ons, low-carb swaps, and family-style options on select dishes.
